At Kahioja we make all the steps of buying and selling easy. Our aim is to satisfy customer product needs which make vendors fundamental. Kahioja Vendors play a vital role in making the best of customer experience.

  1. Compliance
    • - Company detail (Address, CAC certificate)
    • - Email address, Phone number
    • - Account details (Must correspond with company name)
  2. Explore the Vendor Dashboard
    • - After successfully registering, from this panel you will be able to manage your virtual shop. You can upload, price, describe and promote your products to the world. You will be able to track your progress, track orders among many other things.

  3. Uploading and selling your products
    • - Your next step is to upload your products on your vendor account and make them available for the customers.
    • - We strongly encourage vendors to upload top notch quality pictures in order to comply with our standards. In no time once approved by Kahioja team, your products will go live.
  4. Cost of selling on Kahioja
    • - The process of registration is free. Vendors will be charged some fee for each sale made on Kahioja depending on the category and delivery method of the product.
    • - VAT, delivery cost and commission.
    • - Value added tax (VAT) is applicable on goods and services offered by Kahioja which is 7.5% in line with the FIRS finance act 2019 with effect from 1st February 2020.
    • - Commission is inclusive along with the 7.5% VAT.
  5. Processing an order
    • - The moment customer orders your product, you are required to immediately get it ready to be shipped out. Check your vendor account, email on a timely basis to see if you have new orders. If there is, immediately prepare the package for delivery.
  6. Delivery to Customer
    Kahioja offers you two methods of delivery:
    • - Prepare the items and drop at our fulfillment center for dispatch and delivery. At our fulfilment center we'll package the items in the best quality manner and deliver to the customer.
    • - Direct delivery: This means you take care of packaging and delivery to the customer without any intermediary.
  7. Getting paid
    We deposit into your bank account as you put in withdrawal request from the vendor dashboard. Payments are made at regular intervals and vendor gets notified after payment’s made. Follow the steps to get paid:
    • - Log into your vendor account
    • - Click on "Withdraws"
    • - Click on "withdraw now" to withdraw from your account
